You set the price at which your bears sell.
NO SHOP MARK-UP so you receive 100% of the retail price*.

To display stock up to £300 - £23 per calendar month
from £301 - £500 - £33 per calendar month
from £501 - £700 - £43 per calendar month
 
Your monthly rent also includes a website link if you have one.
 
All rent payments should be made in advance by the 21st of each month to cover the month following.  Many of our members prefer to pay by standing order, which is in turn much easier for us.
 
Please feel free to call and ask which bears you have in stock. We will send out payments for bears that have sold at the beginning of each month, along with our  monthly newsletter.
 
There is no restrictive contract and you are free to withdraw your bears at any time.
 
Please make cheques payable to Withy Bears.
 
*We have credit card facilities in the shop.

All bears sold in this way will have to pay 5% to the credit card company. Please consider this when pricing your bears. If at any time you wish to make use of our credit card facility for bears that are not in the shop, (if you are at a fair or if the avon lady falls in love with your latest creation), call us with the card number/ expiry date/ issue number (if available)/ house number and post code numbers and the last three digits on the signature strip. We take a slightly higher commission of 7% on sales of bears that are not in the shop. All monies are paid at the beginning of the month.   

We are also able to sell your Bears through our secure website. There may be a small charge for this service. Please ask for details.
