Delivery
Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. ( If you require your goods
sooner please contact us and we will do our best to help) *. Postage
charges are as follows,
Goods up to the value of £100 - £5.00
Goods over the value of £100 - FREE
Depending on the weight, parcels will be sent either by Royal Mail
recorded or Royal Mail special delivery . Should there be any delay in
the posting process we will notify you by telephone or email as soon as
possible.
* All Artist Bears Will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery. This is included in the price of the bear.
Returns policy
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged please notify us by telephone
or email within 48 hrs of receipt. These good must then be returned to
us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. All returns must be
sent back with the original boxes, packaging and certificate where
applicable.
